I was quite proud of myself while at Thieves Market and Junquing this weekend in Cave Creek... I stayed true to my Mission and didn't get tempted to purchase items I normally succumb to... ie: Vintage Vanity Items; Rose printed China; Vintage Bohemian Bling; Architectural Salvage; Antique Religious Art *not easy for me peeps*... NOPE... I came to get Findings to make my own Jewelry and that's what I left with. The only unexpected score that always comes in handy was finding a beautiful Antique oversized Bobbin Spool to wrap some of my Vintage Trims around... I collect them whenever I can because I use them in my Studio for visible Trim Storage that looks lovely as well as being useful and organizational. I just loved the patina of the Wood and Metal on this piece and for five bucks I was delighted to add it to my Thieves Market Booty... and proudly I didn't go OCD and purchase them all *winks* and avoiding that Antique Spool Cabinet with the fab side graphics and spacious six drawers of Honey colored Wood and interesting Hardware aged to perfection was no small feat, but I stayed strong *LOL*... stay tuned tomorrow for Part IV of our adventure... Dawn... The Bohemian
